Back-in-Stock Email Alerts
Let shoppers ask to be notified the moment you restock.
Turn On Customer Stock Notifications
Go to Settings › Products and switch on “Stock Notification: Customers.” This makes a sign-up form appear whenever an item’s stock quantity hits zero.
Enable Quantity Tracking on the Product
Edit the product’s Quantities tab and make sure stock quantity tracking is enabled. Once the product hits zero, shoppers see the sign-up form for a back-in-stock alert.

Here, the product has run out of stock, so the subscribe button appears for shoppers to sign up.
When stock returns, open the product’s Quantities panel to see everyone who signed up. Update the quantity, then hit “Notify” to email them the good news — a manual step that keeps you in full control. Only got 10 back in stock but 20 subscribers? Notify just the first 10.
