Manage Products
The Manage Products page is the command center for your catalog. From one screen you can view products in three layouts, edit nearly every field inline by double-clicking it, filter and bulk-edit dozens at once, and import or export your whole catalog as CSV. Whether you sell ten products or ten thousand, it’s built to keep up.

Layouts
Three ways to view your products
Every store owner works differently — some want a visual grid of photos, others a dense data table, and power users a keyboard-driven spreadsheet. The view switcher in the top-right flips between all three at any time, and your filters, search, and selections carry over.
Table view
The default view shows products in a clean table — thumbnail, title, SKU, price, stock, category, completeness score, active status, and ID. It’s the best balance of detail and density for scanning your catalog. The green completeness circle on each row tells you how fully built-out a product is, so you can quickly find ones that need attention.

Card view
Card view puts your photography front and center: each card shows the main image, title, SKU, price, sale percentage, stock level, and a completeness bar. It’s the most visual way to browse — ideal for fashion, art, or food, where the image is the product. The active toggle sits in each card’s corner so you can enable or disable products without opening anything.

Spreadsheet view
Spreadsheet view is built for speed — a tight, dense grid, like working in Excel directly on your live catalog. Double-click any cell to edit it inline, tab between fields, and rip through updates without ever opening a product editor. Most owners settle into this view once they have a few dozen products and make frequent small changes.

Inline Editing
Double-click any cell to edit
The biggest workflow win on the new page is inline editing. Almost every field — SKU, price, sale price, quantity, category, image, active status — edits directly from the list. Double-click the cell, make your change, and tab or click away to save. No more opening the full editor for a one-line update.
SKU updates
Double-click any SKU to edit it in place — handy for one-off corrections, matching a new supplier system, or fixing typos without leaving the list.
Inline SKU update

Price & sale price
Click into the price column to update list price and sale price on the row. The sale percentage and strike-through display update automatically when you save.
Inline price adjustments

For products with tiered, quantity-break, or option-based pricing, the inline editor also exposes the advanced pricing rules — so you can adjust those without opening the full editor.

Quantity updates
Stock levels are one of the most-edited fields in any store. Update on-hand quantity directly from the row — perfect after a delivery or stocktake.
Inline quantity updates

If a product has variants (sizes, colors, and so on), the inline editor expands to show stock per variant so you can update each one in place.

Image updates
Need to swap a product photo? Double-click the thumbnail and upload or pick a new image from the media library — it’s reflected across the admin and storefront instantly.

Quick category adding
Click the category cell to add or remove categories on the fly. Assign a product to several categories at once, and even create a new category right from the dropdown without navigating away.

Enable & disable products
Every row — and every card in card view — has an active toggle. Flip it off to hide a product from the storefront without deleting it: perfect for seasonal items, temporary out-of-stocks, or anything not quite ready to launch.
Finding Products
Filtering & quick groups
The row of stat tiles across the top isn’t just a dashboard — every tile is a one-click filter. Tap any of these to instantly narrow the list, the fastest way to surface catalog issues:
- Active
- Inactive
- Out of Stock
- Low Stock
- No Image
- $0 Price
- Incomplete
- On Sale
- Square Synced
For deeper filtering, the Filters button opens a side panel where you can stack filters by manufacturer, category, price range, stock range, tax status, sync status, and more. Active filters show as a badge count, and one click clears them all.

At Scale
Bulk actions
The header checkbox selects every product on the page (or every product matching your filters) so you can act on them all at once:
- Activate / Deactivate — turn a group of products on or off in one click.
- Delete — permanently remove multiple products at once.
- Export to CSV — export the selected products to a spreadsheet.
- Category & Manufacturer assignments — reassign groups of products in one step.
You can also set how many products show per page from the bottom-left selector — up to 500 at a time for large bulk operations.
Large exports
Exporting every product can be server-intensive, and some servers may time out or run low on memory. If you have more than 500 products, EasyCart breaks the export into 500-product chunks and zips them together for broader server compatibility.
CSV
Import & export with CSV
The Import Products button opens the same proven CSV import/export tool EasyCart users have relied on for years. Export your full catalog, edit it in Excel or Google Sheets, and import it back to update hundreds or thousands of products in a single pass. The CSV format is unchanged, so existing templates and workflows keep working.
Per Product
Row actions — edit, duplicate, delete
The Actions column at the end of each row (the … menu) gives you per-product controls: open the full editor, duplicate the product as a starting point for a similar item, or delete it. Duplicating shines when you’re building a series of products that share most settings — copy, rename, change a few fields, done.
