Installing EasyCart PRO
The 14-day PRO trial is the exact same plugin you install with a Professional or Premium license — all we do is unlock it with a license key. There’s never a need to uninstall or reinstall when you upgrade.
Quick Start
Two ways to install
Automatic install
Go to WP EasyCart → Store Status and click “Try PRO FREE.” The plugin downloads and activates automatically.
Manual install
Download the PRO ZIP file and upload it via WordPress → Plugins → Add New → Upload.
Upgrade anytime
Visit Store Status to check your trial, enter a license key, or upgrade to Professional or Premium.
Method 1
Automatic installation
The easiest method — whether you’re starting a 14-day trial or you’ve already purchased a PRO/Premium license. EasyCart handles the download for you.
Prerequisite: The core WP EasyCart plugin must be installed first. Installation steps here →
- Navigate to WP EasyCart → Store Status
- Click the “Try PRO FREE” link to start the automatic download
- The system downloads and installs the PRO plugin — you’ll now have two EasyCart plugins (WP EasyCart and WP EasyCart PRO). Leave both installed and activated.
- Click “Click Here to Complete Installation” to activate the PRO plugin
- Explore the 14-day trial, or enter your license key in WP EasyCart → Registration
No data loss: You will not lose any data if you explore the 14-day trial and later upgrade to a paid license. Everything carries over.
Method 2
Manual installation
If the automatic installer runs into trouble, you can download and upload the PRO plugin manually.
- Download the PRO plugin ZIP file: wp-easycart-pro.zip
- In WordPress, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin
- Upload the entire ZIP file as-is and activate
Good to know: The 14-day trial and the Professional/Premium editions all use the exact same two plugins (WP EasyCart + WP EasyCart PRO). Leave both installed and activated — features, upgrade periods, and support are all unlocked with your license key.
Upgrade
Upgrade your trial to PRO/Premium anytime
We made it as easy as possible. Visit WP EasyCart → Store Status to see your trial status, remaining days, and an “Upgrade Now” link. Purchase a license, enter the key, and you’re upgraded instantly — no reinstall needed.
