Pricing Options

Every product needs a starting price. Pricing Options let you go further — crossed-out sale prices, tiered volume discounts, custom price ranges, and members-only B2B pricing, all from one settings panel.

B2B & Wholesale Setup

We walk you through how to establish user roles, attach accounts to user roles, and then set up special B2B pricing for your customers. We also show you how to organize products into groups for those special stores.

Editing Pricing Options

Four ways to shape how a price displays — before a customer ever sees your product.

  • Previous Price: Show a crossed-out price next to the current one — was $149.99, now $129.99. One of the oldest, most effective tricks in the book.
  • Login for Pricing: Hide the Add to Cart button and pricing until a shopper logs in. Send them to the account page first, restrict access to specific user roles, and customize the login button label to match.
  • Customize Price Range Display: Show a custom range like $90 — $99 instead of the lowest available price — ideal when option sets can shift the final price and you want to set expectations up front.
  • Volume Pricing: Set tiered pricing by quantity — 1 item at $20, 5 or more at $18, 10 or more at $15. Reward bigger orders automatically.

Business to Business (B2B) Pricing

Give your wholesale customers a price list of their own.

First, build a User Role — wholesaler, Business X, whatever fits your store. Learn more about User Roles here. Once the role exists, come back to this panel and assign that group its own special pricing. Any shopper logged in under that User Role sees the special price automatically — everyone else just sees your normal list pricing.

Price It Right, Sell It Faster

From flash-sale strikethroughs to wholesale tiers, WP EasyCart’s pricing options adapt to however you sell. Need a hand setting yours up?
